The Pizza Bar On 38th is an eight-seat pizza bar on the 38th floor of Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, directly in front of Mitsukoshimae Station in Nihonbashi. It serves a pizza omakase lunch course built around Japanese ingredients, with several kinds of pizza along with appetizers and dessert. Reservations open at midnight one month in advance and seats fill within minutes, and the counter lets diners watch the cooking as it happens. With only eight seats, getting a desired date is difficult.
