Pastasciutta

Pastasciutta is a pasta restaurant in Rome. It serves carbonara and pappardelle ragù, and cooks the pasta immediately after you choose the noodle. At lunch you can wait more than 30 minutes, and after ordering you receive a pager and pick up the food at the kitchen entrance when it is ready. The seasoning is on the salty side, so you have to ask for less salt.
