Osteria delle Commari is a Roman restaurant near the Vatican Museums. It serves Roman-style pasta and pizza, including carbonara, amatriciana, and lasagna. A group of seven was seated in about six minutes despite there being no available table, and the food arrived quickly. The food remains very salty even when you ask for less salt.
