La Prezzemolina

La Prezzemolina sells Roman-style square pizza next to the Colosseum. You pick potato, eggplant, or margherita pizza from the display, and staff cut it to the size you want, reheat it in the oven, and charge you by weight before you eat. The dough is thin and crisp, and the pizza is cut into small pieces so you can choose several kinds. Around 1 p.m. there are no seats left, so people stand in front of the shop to eat.
