Al Gallinaccio is an Italian restaurant near the Trevi Fountain in Rome. It serves vongole pasta, truffle carbonara, steak, and tiramisu. Even at dinner hours it does not get very crowded, and the server explains how to eat the dishes. A service charge is added even if you do not eat the bread brought before the meal.
