Villa Farnesina is a Renaissance villa museum in Trastevere, Rome, where visitors can see frescoes by Raphael and Sodoma. Its main sights include Raphael's frescoes, among them The Triumph of Galatea, and the garden. Baldassare Peruzzi built the early 16th-century suburban villa for Agostino Chigi, and it is a representative example of Renaissance architecture. Because of its small scale, one hour is enough to see it.
