Orange Garden is a small park on the Aventine Hill, one of Rome's seven hills, where orange trees stand alongside views over the city. Between the rows of trees, the dome of St. Peter's Basilica is visible, and at sunset the red sky and the lights of Rome appear together. In mid-May, arriving at 8:30 p.m. still leaves time to see the sunset before the 9 p.m. closing. There are two entrances, and the walk up to the garden is uphill.
