Seoulok (Godeok branch) in Pyeongtaek is a charcoal-grill restaurant centered on pre-seared udae galbi. Galbitang uses broth made in-house, naejangtang contains house-boiled yang and gopchang (grilled intestines), and seolleongtang is made with gamasot hanwoo broth. Staff grill the meat, and reservations, parking, and takeout are available; the restaurant has separate men’s and women’s restrooms and wireless internet.
