Gyoja Biru is an izakaya in Busan that serves yaki gyoza, fried gyoza, and buta zanmai. The gyoza are filled with meat juice and are ordered with draft beer. Seating is small, with room for about 13 people, and includes counter seats. Arriving late can leave only gyoza and a few other menu items available.
