Busan Simchwi is a small bar in Busan that serves traditional liquor. It offers signature Simchwi jeongol and yukhoe capellini, and serves frozen blueberry anju with sugar sprinkled on top. Visitors who had been looking for it since 2021 returned even after it moved. The noodles in the yukhoe capellini are undercooked, and the Simchwi jeongol has a small amount of meat.
