Lucerna Passage is a shopping arcade in Prague near Wenceslas Square, with a cinema, cafes, and bars inside. Its main sight is a sculpture of Saint Wenceslas riding a dead horse upside down, made in 1999 by Czech artist David Černý. Palác Lucerna was built between 1907 and 1921, and a paternoster lift in the hall in front of the cinema was not working at the time of the visit. The area around the sculpture is dimly lit.
