Tanat - Archives is a coffee equipment shop in Le Marais, Paris. It serves filter coffee and cappuccino, and selects beans for customers. Formerly called Kawa, the barista asks how you drink your coffee before choosing beans. The space is small, so at times you have to stand while drinking.
