Yako is a Japanese restaurant on a side street near the Eiffel Tower in Paris, serving sushi, yakitori and rice bowls. The skewers are grilled over flame, and salmon gimbap and yakiniku rice bowls can be ordered as well. The two-person menu is large enough to leave diners full. The rice in the sushi is more than twice the amount of standard sushi, and the vinegar has a strong sweetness.
