Shu Yuan Opéra

Shu Yuan Opéra is a Chinese restaurant in the Opéra district of Paris serving Sichuan dishes and Chinese hot pot. Its Sanmei hot pot lets diners choose chicken and chestnut broth, mushroom broth, and spicy broth in one pot, and the menu also includes dandan noodles and mala beef. The ground floor is for individual dishes and the upper floor is for hot pot, with orders placed on a tablet. Service can be cold, and dishes sometimes do not arrive together.
