Restaurant Shanghai Fouxing is a Chinese restaurant near Rue des Écoles and the Le Champo cinema in Paris that serves Shanghai dishes alongside Korean food. Dim sum such as xiaolongbao, shumai, and fried dumplings arrive in bamboo steamers, and the dolsot bibimbap comes with namul and kimchi. The pork dumpling soup is made with dumplings prepared in-house, and the cucumber salad is well seasoned. The noodles are lightly seasoned.
