Poké Fresh

Poké Fresh is a poke bar in Paris that serves poke bowls and sushi. You choose the ingredients yourself, and the L size lets you combine four proteins from tuna, salmon, shrimp, sea bream, chicken and tofu with various sauces, using sushi rice. Food comes out quickly at lunch, and dogs are allowed inside. The M size is on the small side.
