Panasia is an Asian food stall in the top-floor food court of a Paris department store, serving dishes such as Sichuan-style beef soup. Its signature W20 Sichuan-style beef soup has strong mala, pepper, and chili oil flavors and comes with plain rice. From the top floor, the Paris cityscape and the Eiffel Tower are visible, and the side dishes can be selected and portioned as desired. The space is noisy and cleanliness is lacking.
