Mille & Un

Mille & Un Paris is a Korean bakery in Paris selling bread and desserts including flan, croissants, and baguettes. Its flan uses vanilla bean custard cream, so it comes out moist rather than sweet. The flan won the grand prize at the 2023 Île-de-France flan competition, and black sesame and matcha versions are also available. Korean-speaking staff take orders in Korean, and the shop has about 10 seats for eating in.
