Midam

Midam is a Korean restaurant in Paris that serves dishes such as sundubu and naengmyeon. The owner makes the naengmyeon sauce from scratch, and the sundubu is one of its main dishes. Korean-speaking staff take orders in Korean, gimbap and other items are available for takeout, and side dishes are refilled. Foreign servers do not hand out menus right away, which can slow down ordering.
