Melt Oberkampf is an American barbecue restaurant on the way to the Marais district in Paris, serving brisket, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and ribs. A Korean-speaking staff member works at the counter and takes orders while explaining the menu in English. The brisket is soft enough that no knife is needed, and the dining room is lively and loud.
