Loulou

Loulou is an Italian restaurant next to the Louvre at the Musee des Arts Decoratifs, looking out over the Tuileries Garden toward the Eiffel Tower in the distance. It serves truffle pizza, octopus, pasta, and desserts such as tiramisu and pavlova. Terrace seats may not open at all in bad weather even with a reservation, and guests are moved to indoor seats by the window. Outdoor seats are hot in midsummer sun, and the spacing between seats and between indoor tables is narrow.
