Les Provinces d'à coté is a French meat restaurant and butcher shop operating together around Aligre market in Paris. It serves beef tenderloin steak, short ribs for two, veal sweetbread and hamburgers with potatoes. The dining tables are set inside the butcher shop. Wine has arrived well after the food in some cases, and it comes out midway through the meal and arrives lukewarm.
