Le Bistrot de Madame Loulou is a small bistro in the 7th arrondissement of Paris that serves beef tartare, carpaccio, steak and foie gras. Dishes come with sauces and house-made fries, and staff guide wine selections. Since a change of owner, there have been visits where three to four people dined together. Staff explain the menu and wines and attend to guests carefully.
