LAKOU

Lakou is a noodle restaurant on Boulevard Garibaldi in Paris that serves ramen, udon and dumplings. Its representative dishes are a spicy dandan noodle with pork, peanut and sesame, and ramen with duck, chicken and pork. One man runs the kitchen and one woman runs the front of house, and the ramen's spiciness can be made stronger on request. The udon broth is on the salty side.
