Kunitoraya is a Japanese restaurant near Opera station in Paris that serves udon and donburi. Its signature tempura udon comes with chewy noodles and a rich, cool broth. The open kitchen lets you watch the udon being made, and cold udon and donburi can be ordered as well. The udon is on the expensive side.
