Irang

Irang is a Korean restaurant in Paris that serves kimchi stew, sundubu, and jeyuk. The ojingeo bokkeum is cooked on a griddle, which gives the squid a soft texture and a smoky flavor. Water and three side dishes come with the meal. When ordering kimchi stew or sundubu, rice must be ordered separately.
