GAMJATANG, formerly Akasaka, is a Korean restaurant in Paris that serves gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew), tangsuyuk, and bossam. The bossam comes with gul saengchae, and jeyuk bokkeum is available for takeout. At lunch, getting a table without a reservation is difficult, and even at 1:30 p.m. seating is barely possible. The dining room and seating are small, and takeout orders are wrapped in multiple layers.
