Flunch

Flunch is a self-service restaurant located underground next to the Pompidou Centre in Paris. Diners pick dishes from a display counter, and vegetables and french fries can be taken multiple times. Payment is made at a checkout counter like in a supermarket, and waiting after ordering takes about 20 minutes. Being underground, ventilation is poor and there is a smell.
