Fichon

Fichon is a seafood restaurant in Paris. Its signature dish, sea bass ceviche, is fresh and generously portioned, and the staff recommend wine by the glass with it. At lunch, there is a menu where you choose an appetizer and a main, and another menu that adds dessert. The dining room is large and bright, and the main course options usually number only four or five.
