Coeur de Breizh is a Breton creperie near Chatelet in central Paris that serves buckwheat galettes and sweet crepes. The galettes come with cheese, mushrooms and ham, and the complettes are topped with egg, Comte and ham, with cider alongside. Seating is divided into indoor tables, a covered terrace, a semi-open section and a fully outdoor section. The indoor space is small with narrow gaps between tables, so it quickly gets loud.
