Chanceux

Chanceux is a cafe near Notre-Dame and Shakespeare and Company in Paris that serves sandwiches, coffee, and desserts. It offers pickled beef and pastrami sandwiches, carrot cake, and americano, along with freshly baked bread. You can still choose the sandwich you want just before 4 p.m., and warm air comes out from under the wall seats. The restroom is clean.
