Au Terminus du Châtelet is a traditional French home-style bistro near Châtelet station that serves meat dishes such as duck confit and lamb. On weekends, mushrooms harvested by the owners are placed on pasta and served with potato purée and jambon. The same family has run the restaurant since 1929, and the fourth-generation owner explains the menu in English. Tables are placed close together, so guests sit right next to their neighbors, and the seating is cramped enough that reservations are necessary.
