A. Noste is a bar in the Bourse district serving Spanish and southwestern French tapas. Dishes such as fried squid, octopus, and duck breast come as small plates meant for sharing. You write your order on a small piece of paper, and the dishes arrive one after another. The room is sometimes loud enough to make conversation difficult.
