Nèulo

Nèulo is a French pâtisserie in the Marais district of Paris that specializes in flan. It serves vanilla, pistachio, and hazelnut flan along with seasonal fruit flan such as raspberry and apricot, and bakes its pastry crust until crisp. A small space at the back of the shop is available for sitting and eating with tea. Depending on the flan, the pastry is thick and dry.
