Mamiche is a bakery near Montmartre that sells breads and sandwiches, including vanilla choux, baguettes, and croissants. Its signature items are a vanilla choux that is not sweet and a babka with chocolate flavor. The babka is cut to order by weight, in whatever amount you ask for. A line forms even at 8 in the morning, and the wait can run 30 to 40 minutes.
