Kura-ge

Kura-ge is a cafe on a quiet passage a few steps from Opera Garnier in Paris. It serves matcha drinks and matcha desserts, including matcha latte, strawberry and mango matcha, and matcha cheesecake. The matcha is whisked in front of you, and you can choose the Uji matcha type and the ice cream strength. There are not many seats, so you need to go early.
