À tout moment is a Korean brunch cafe in Paris, not far from Trocadéro, serving gimbap, bibimbap and bingsu together. The gimbap comes with tofu, tuna or bulgogi fillings packed generously inside, and the tofu gimbap is eaten dipped in ssamjang. Gimbap and japchae-bap are available for takeout, and delivery is handled through Uber Eats. The shop holds small decorative objects and framed drawings by the owner, and the air conditioning runs strong.
