Tivoli Coffee is a small cafe in front of the Dongnae Lucky Apartment shopping area in Busan. It sells aged Dutch coffee and Coche Honey, and staff explain how to drink it when you order hand drip. The Dutch coffee is sold in bottles, and the Mania 3 set lets you taste three kinds. There are three tables, so seating is not plentiful.
