Yasai Makigushi Makimaki Kenken is a skewer restaurant in Okinawa that wraps vegetables in meat and grills them, located a 5-6 minute walk from Kencho-mae Station. Customers choose skewers at the counter and ask for them to be grilled, with mitarashi dango meat rolls and rolls of pork with zucchini, eggplant, and shiso leaf as the representative items. It opened in October 2023, and the owner trained for 12 years at a popular shop in Sakae-machi. The kitchen is run by one person and there is no floor seating, so it is not suitable for families with young children.
