Yanbaru Yakitori Toriki is a yakitori restaurant in Naha, Okinawa that grills skewers including negima, chicken skin, and chicken neck meat. It starts with an omakase set of five skewers chosen by the chef, and also serves chicken cartilage, donpei-yaki, and chicken broth ramen. Orders can be placed from Korean and English menus, and the ramen is cooked to order, so ordering it all at once shortens the wait. There is a one-drink minimum and a separate seating charge.
