Yakiniku BBQ Umui

Yakiniku BBQ Umui is a yakiniku restaurant near Nakijin Village in Okinawa where diners grill wagyu, beef and pork over a charcoal brazier. The menu includes wagyu sirloin and galbi, beef short ribs, beef tongue, scallops, shrimp, sundubu and noodles. The space occupies a renovated Ryukyu traditional house and has tatami seating and outdoor seating, with orders placed on a tablet menu that supports multiple languages. The exhaust system is inadequate, so a lot of smoke is produced while the meat is grilling.
