Wagyu Rooftop Bar Ripple is a rooftop bar serving steak above the Christmas Market building in American Village, Okinawa. The menu includes wagyu steak, bolognese pasta, cheese risotto, and taco rice, and diners choose their cut from a meat storage case and specify how they want it cooked. From the terrace, guests eat while looking out at the sunset and the sea, and Polaroid photos are taken for them. Outdoor seating requires a reservation.
