THE CARINO OKINAWA Spain Bar is a Spanish food stall on the second floor of the Ryubo Food Hall in Naha. Its lunch-limited Mediterranean paella comes with salad and soup, includes plenty of seafood and vegetables, and the shrimp can be eaten shell-on. Food hall staff stop and greet each passing customer, adding a word as they do. The food falls short for its price.
