Susuriba Okinawa Soba

Susuriba Okinawa Soba is a noodle shop in Matsuyama, Naha that serves Okinawa soba and Jiro-style ramen, located near Kokusai Street. Its main menu item, Susujiro, lets you choose the amount of noodles, vegetables, garlic, and back fat, and Soki Soba and Basil Soba are also available. You buy a ticket from the vending machine at the entrance, then write your noodle type and soup strength on a form at your seat, and there is only a partitioned counter.
