Shinkiya is a yakiniku izakaya in Okinawa where meat is grilled over charcoal. Its representative menu items include beef tongue with scallions and sesame oil, wagyu, sirloin, and cucumber kimchi. Arriving for dinner without a reservation still gets you a spacious seat, and parties with children are guided to seats further inside. Naengmyeon and yukgaejang are less satisfying than the meat dishes.
