Steak Matsuya

Steak Matsuya is in Makishi, Naha, Okinawa, across from the Hyatt Regency Naha hotel, and serves harami, rib, and wagyu steak. You sear the par-cooked meat yourself on a heated stone plate, and take rice, beef soup, cabbage salad, and tea from the self-service bar without limit. Staff replace the hot stone plate as it cools so the meat stays warm through the end of the meal. Ventilation is poor.
