Shunsen Sushi Roku

Shunsen Sushi Roku is a small sushi restaurant in Kume, Naha, Okinawa, a 10-minute walk from Ryubo Department Store. It serves mackerel, salmon, and squid sushi along with aged hoe, and the owner slices the raw fish one piece at a time after each order. On a weekday at 7:30 p.m., only about two parties were there without a reservation. The 8-piece set is modest in portion and the preparation takes time.
