Shimaushi

Shimagu is a small yakiniku restaurant outside Kokusai Street in Okinawa where diners grill wagyu and beef. The menu includes three wagyu series and two Iyegu series, along with outside skirt, tenderloin, rice, and egg soup. It is within walking distance of nearby accommodations, and arriving without a reservation can mean waiting about an hour. The beef is rich, making it difficult to eat a large amount.
