Shabu Shabu Minami

Shabu Shabu Minami is a small restaurant in Kume, Naha, Okinawa, serving pork shabu-shabu and tonkatsu. It also offers katsu sando, made by stacking thin slices of meat and deep-frying them. After the meat is finished, diners add rice porridge to close out the meal. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the Kume Garden Building.
