Sandbox Burgers

Sandbox Burgers is a handmade burger shop in Chatan, Okinawa, drawing both local residents and U.S. military customers. It serves the Sandbox Burger, Truffle Umami Burger, and Lamb Burger, making everything from the buns to the patties and sauces in-house. Orders take 15 to 20 minutes to arrive, and customers order on a tablet at each table and pay self-service at a kiosk after the meal. The Sandbox Burger is on the salty side and the bun is greasy.
